We are a northwest Ohio law firm concentrating in business transactions, estate planning, probate, and real estate law. Our decision to focus in only these areas was based on our desire to excel in a few areas rather than dabble in many. The four fields we chose are very closely interrelated, and we believe knowledge in any one promotes a higher skill level in the other three.

We choose to be counseling-oriented attorneys. We believe that the practice of law should be much more than mere document preparation—our constant goal is to help our clients devise "Plans That Work!"^sm We position that credo visually around our office so that we are constantly reminded of that goal, and so that our clients understand the need to work with us (and hopefully with their financial planner and accountant) as a team to devise their own personal business or estate plan.
