Business Transactions—counseling and formation of LLCs or Corporations and follow-up work on Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Minutes; drafting or review of contracts and buy-sell agreements; sales of small businesses

Guardianships for Minors or Adult Incompetents—establishing the guardianship initially in probate court and/or preparing annual reports to the court; counseling on ongoing issues

Probate of Wills—representation and consultation to probate court fiduciaries, such as Executors, Administrators, Commissioners, and Guardians. These are the persons who are in control of or manage the financial affairs of a deceased person, a minor, or an incompetent adult. We prepare the documents that must be filed in Court and served upon third parties, as well as assist in transferring assets.
